This home was purchased in about 72 hours after seeing it… The home owner had just listed it and was being foreclosed on in 5 days. God was good because we had just finished Oakview and I needed to find our next home.

Instead of the owner walking away with nothing but a forclosure we were able to help them get some cash for their inherited home! God put us in the right place at the right time. We had learned a lot since our first house and this time our contractors knocked out the revival in a couple of weeks!

Victoria was not heavily involved in the design of this home as you can tell… Sometimes slowing down and getting a second opinion will actually speed things up… If she would have designed it I think we would have sold it much faster.
